This 3-day intensive course aims to prepare participants for each stage of the European Personnel Selection Office’s (EPSO) recruitment process: Application Procedure, Pre-Selection Computer-Based Tests (Stage I), E-Tray Exercise (Stage II), and Assessment Centre (Stage III).

Goals of the training sessions:
Explain the test methodologies
Highlight what assessors look for in each tests
Offer practical guidance on how to prepare effectively for each test
Give valuable insights and tips on how to strategically tackle each test
